Jeff Strand is a local guy, through and through. You may have heard of Strand Road—this is no mere coincidence, as his family has been in Whatcom County for four generations. Strand attended local schools, including Sehome High and the University of Washington, where he graduated with a degree in business. This business degree would later prove invaluable as he started his career as a Realtor in a small Seattle office in 2010.
You might say “the rest is history,” as he has been passionate about real estate ever since. With over 14 years of experience, Jeff Strand has demonstrated remarkable longevity in the industry. While he enjoys helping clients from all backgrounds, he has a particular fondness for first-time homeowners. “There’s an excitement and appreciation first-time buyers and sellers have that’s fun to be around,” he says.
